RETURN POLICY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Return Policy for Digital Products (Tickets)

Our return policy for the purchase of event tickets applies exclusively to the return of digital products. Please note that the purchase of digital products, such as tickets for our events, is non-refundable.

In cases of suspected fraud or if a person does not meet the requirements for admission to the event (e.g., violating behavior guidelines or using counterfeit tickets), we reserve the right to refuse entry. In such cases, there is no right to a refund or exchange of the ticket.

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

According to Section 312g(2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of withdrawal for the delivery of services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. This applies to the purchase of tickets for our events, as they take place on a specific date.

Cancellation and Ticket Transfer

Tickets cannot be canceled after purchase. However, tickets can be transferred to another person, provided that we are notified in writing before the event and the transfer is confirmed by us.

Event Cancellation

Should an event be canceled for unforeseen reasons, we will notify you immediately. In this case, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
